An ongoing project, this gastro - centric exploration of boundaries, and its unfolding stories. Through the act of collective dining and storytelling over food, diners navigate the other culture and issues, and open their minds, and hearts, to learning about others.
In the first session, we introduced diners into the lives of migrant workers and North - Eastern Thai culture, expanding on their favourite dishes, and invited diners to sit down and eat in the manner of a family meal within a traditional Thai household.
